Carol Reeves - Founder; Director, Treasurer Carol Reeves has over 14 years experience in the health care industry. She is currently the Associate Director, Finance for Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center. Carol holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Health Service Administration from the University of Kansas. She is an avid runner and regularly trains for marathons and other road races. Christine DiLacqua - Founder, Director, President Christine DiLacqua has over 20 years of experience as an IS consultant. Her expertise in the SAP arena extensive international project experience. She has led several large-scale initiatives in the high-tech and medical equipment manufacturing industry. Her list of clients includes HD Supply, Exelixis, LSI Corporation, Amgen, Adobe Systems, SAP America, Applied Materials, Apple, and HP. Christine has an M.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Information Systems. She enjoys long-distance bicycling and is a long-time supporter of Sacred Heart Community Service and Career Closet. Karen L. Trifari - Director, Corporate Secretary Karen L. Trifari, former President and Chief Executive Officer of VoraxRD.com, co-founded the company in 1993, serving first as the company's Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. She was named President and CEO in early 1999. Initially established to license US high-technology products and modify them to meet the needs of the Japanese market, the company later supplied streaming video products for Internet applications. Prior to working with Vorax, Karen was the Vice President of Finance and CFO at NCL America, a manufacturer of disk drive controllers and other products for the computer data storage market. She came to Northern California in 1989 after co-founding and serving as Vice President and CFO of Davis Wholesale Supply, Indianapolis. The company is now the largest independent wholesaler of salt for consumer and industrial use in the US. Ms. Trifari recently spent two years as CFO of Hemolytics, Inc., a bio-tech start-up researching a new breast cancer therapeutic. Currently, she is a Management Resource Consultant for Robert Half International. Her assignments vary from industry to industry in capacities that allow leadership management to complete their executive boards. Karen and her husband enjoy restoring English sports cars and she plays a mean game of golf. Karen holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration Education from Indiana State University. Mary-Elin Kelly - Founder, Director Mary-Elin Kelly is currently the IT Operations Manager for Kaiser Permanente in Fresno. She has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to joining Kaiser, Mary-Elin was with Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto as an IT engineer and team leader in HP's finance and treasury department. Prior to HP, she was Director of Information Services for the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California. Mary-Elin has applied her information systems skills in both the public and private sectors. Mary-Elin holds a B.A. in Psychology, fulfilled a second major in Mathematics/Computer Science, and earned an M.S. in Information Systems. 	Susanne Lerner Susanne Lerner - Vice President With over 18 years of experience working in the Information Technology consulting and product development industry, Susanne now works in quality management at Systems, Products, and Applications (SAP) Labs. Susanne has managed different teams across continents, offering SAP software solutions, training curriculum development, product development, marketing strategy, and international consulting. Susanne holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, a MBA in Technology Management, a Masters of Business in International Management (MIM), and a BA in Spanish Literature. Anne Laluc - Program Manager Anne Laluc has a background in marketing and client management, primarily in the financial services industry. Currently, she works as a Brand Manager for Purcell Murray Company, a distributor of premium kitchen and bath products. Anne is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned degrees in both Finance and French. She is married and lives in Burlingame. Johanna Wee - Program Manager Johanna Wee has over 5 years experience in marketing for both the for-profit and non-profit sector. She has a background in project management, market research, and marketing communications. She is currently a Sales and Marketing Associate for the Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education at Stanford University. Johanna holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University in California. She has a passion for traveling and learning foreign languages.
