The Journal of Expertise and Science Training (JOTSE) has been created as a contribution to the event and enchancment of scientific and technological schooling by constituting a standard house to share experiences to all those that, one way or the other, are concerned in the teaching and learning processes of engineering studies, in all modalities. After virtually 9 months of analytical work, and fact-discovering visits to Poland, the PSF Peer Assessment panel’s report and suggestions on the modernisation of the national science and better training system – to make it extra transparent, more aggressive and better ruled – have been discussed at a particular assembly hosted by the Polish Ministry for Science and Increased Schooling. The assembly was addressed by Jarosław Gowin, Polish Minister of Science and Larger Schooling, and Robert-Jan Smits, Director-Basic of the European Commission’s Directorate-Common for Research and Innovation.
